Make it thicker by baking it in a cake or pie pan (lined with parchment paper).

For a dryer, cracker texture, bake on a cookie sheet (lined with parchment paper). When it is baked, take it out of the flip it over, remove the parchment paper, and return to the oven. Store in a paper bag to keep it crisp.
